Agreement and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree, and be permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it. Do not use the service where your activity is prohibited.
What the service does
Percolator Launch provides an interface for creating tokens on pump.fun and funding optional developer buys through a SOL-to-PERCOLATOR swap. Your wallet approves transactions. Chain Instruments LLC does not hold your private keys or take custody of your wallet assets.
Token pair, project X link and creator-fee recipient are fixed as described in the documentation and launch review. Your website and other permitted metadata are your responsibility. Perpetual futures are planned, not available through this launch flow; a reservation is not a promise of access, listing or launch timing.
Transactions, costs and limits
Review each wallet request before signing. Transactions confirmed on Solana are generally irreversible. Funding, creation and developer buying are separate transactions and can succeed or fail independently. A completed swap can leave PERCOLATOR in your wallet even if creation never happens; a created coin remains live if the developer buy does not complete.
You pay applicable protocol fees, network fees and account rent. The developer-buy funding budget is capped at 70 SOL per launch through this interface, excluding network fees and rent. The cap does not prevent purchases outside this interface. Creator fees accrue to the designated recipient, not automatically to the launching wallet. We cannot reverse blockchain charges or guarantee transaction execution, price, liquidity, indexing time or slippage outcomes.
Your decisions and risks
Tokens can lose all value. Smart-contract faults, malicious third parties, network outages, price movement and compromised wallets can cause permanent loss. Listings do not constitute endorsement or due diligence. Content on the service is informational and is not investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your decisions and any reporting or tax obligations.
Content and acceptable use
You retain rights in content you submit and grant us permission to store, reproduce and display it as needed to operate and promote its listing on the service. You confirm you have rights to upload and publish that content. Images and metadata submitted to IPFS and blockchain records may remain public even after an interface listing is removed.
Do not publish illegal, infringing or deceptive content; impersonate others; manipulate markets; exploit vulnerabilities; disrupt the service; or use it for fraud, laundering or unlawful transactions. We may restrict interface access or remove listings to address abuse or legal requirements. Such action does not delete a token or erase decentralized records.
Third-party services
Your wallet, Solana, pump.fun, PumpSwap, Pinata, hosting providers and linked websites are separate services with their own terms and risks. We do not control their availability or operation. Your use of external services is subject to their applicable terms. See our Privacy Notice for how information is handled.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose or financial results. To the extent permitted by law, Chain Instruments LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party protocols, network failures or your wallet credentials.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits non-waivable consumer rights. You remain responsible for your conduct and content. We may change or discontinue interface features; this does not reverse completed on-chain transactions.
Governing law and contact
New York law governs these terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to applicable non-waivable rights, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
